Projects and dissertation projects graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Design exhibited at the National Art Museum Timișoara
The National Museum of Art Timisoara in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts and Design of the West University of Timisoara announces the opening of the Graduates Exhibition, an important event in the academic career of the students and master’s students of this faculty. The opening 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐳𝐢𝐭̦𝐢𝐞𝐢 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭̦𝐢𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚̆𝐭̦𝐢𝐢 𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐬̦𝐢 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, section of Decorative Arts Conservation-Restoration, will take place 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢, 𝟏𝟐 𝐢𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐢𝐞from 𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝟏𝟔.𝟎𝟎, in 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐋 a MNArT.
The exhibitions of the graduates of the Faculty of Art and Design of the West University of Timisoara represent an essential stage in the professional development of students and master’s students, giving them the opportunity to present their graduation works to the public. These exhibitions bring to visitors innovative projects and creative concepts that reflect the work and talent of young artists, each piece exhibited being the result of a year of intense study and collaboration with dedicated teachers and mentors, thus demonstrating the high level of training and creativity of the students.
In this context, between July 12-20, 2024, the specialization Decorative Arts and Conservation-Restoration, together with the National Museum of Art Timisoara, offers the general public a perspective on contemporary trends, highlighting the complexity and diversity of these artistic fields. At the same time, these specializations are essential in the arts as a whole and play an important role in the cultural and socio-economic development of the community.
The Exhibition of the Graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Design of the West University of Timisoara, an event with a long tradition and a growing reputation, will be open from July 10-22, 2024, in eight different locations in Timisoara: Ștefania Palace, MONO Art Space, Kunsthalle Bega, MX Corneliu Miklosi Museum, National Art Museum Timișoara, The Attic Gallery of the Faculty of Arts and Design, UVT ArtCenter and Gallery 5.
